Director / Design & Project Development
Peter Cowell is an award-winning garden designer with more than 20 years of experience in garden design, landscaping and horticulture. He personally leads the design process, working closely with clients to understand their property, lifestyle and aspirations before developing a considered garden design.
Peter's experience includes bespoke residential gardens, award-winning show gardens and garden design projects across Lancashire and the wider North West. His approach combines creative thinking with practical knowledge to create outdoor spaces that are designed to work beautifully for the people who use them.

MONTY RICHARDSON
Director / Office & Finance
This business is a real passion of mine. I have been in the industry for two decades and my life has been (and continues to be) all things horticulture and business. I don’t think I’ll ever stop learning new things from either.
Last year Peter and I designed and built a new garden for me and my family. Featuring veg patches, a mud kitchen area for our son, and the piece de resistance is our amazing pizza bar where we can be found making homemade pizzas in our Ooni pizza oven. Cooked pizza in under 60 seconds… yes please!
When the weather is good we love to explore. Be it up a mountain or out in the local woods - it’s the great outdoors for us!

JACK TAYLOR
3D Visualisation & Render Partner
Our UK-based independent render partner, Jack Taylor, is based in Nottingham and specialises in creating our 3D computer-generated images and animations.
He has been working with PCGD as a 3D visualiser for the past several projects and now regularly collaborates on design projects.
This professional relationship allows for the creation of highly accurate and detailed renders within a short lead time. Jack has created a range of renders for PCGD from small courtyard gardens to large commercial developments.
